2019 Results

The results for the 2019 Edmonton Pride Run & Walk have been posted:

On the results page, you can click your name to see video of your race finish and to access your finisher certificate which can be downloaded or shared on social media.

You can also watch the entire start/finish line video here.

We regret to inform participants that the reported results this year are based only on “gun time” instead of a more accurate “chip time.” This means that your race result is based on the elapsed time from the race start to when you personally crossed the finish line. It was our expectation that results would be based on each participant’s chip time - the time elapsed from when you actually crossed the start and finish line - but unfortunately the chip start times were not recorded.

If you crossed the start line after the race was officially started, the reported gun time likely overestimates your true result as it took around one and a half minutes for all participants to cross the start line. This may also have impacted the overall and age division places.

We sincerely apologize for this error as we intended to have an accurate chip time (both start and finish) recorded for all participants. In light of this error we are willing to offer refunds to any 5 KM or 10 KM participants. You can contact us about this at info@pride.run.

Note: the 2 KM Walk was a non-competitive event and results were therefore not timed.
