Training Plan for 5 KM Run
With the help of our friends at the Winnipeg Pride Run, we’ve developed an 8-week training plan for beginners that will help get you ready to run or walk your first 5 KM race at the 2019 Pride Run.
Download the training plan, complete the Day 1 & 2 workouts on your own or with friends each week, then meet up with us for Day 3 group runs every Saturday at 9:00 AM at the Victoria Park Pavillion (12030 River Valley Rd NW) starting April 27, 2019.
Participation is free and you can go at your own pace.
